Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a qualified teacher of Computer Science looking for a role in Salford?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a talented teacher of Computer Science to join a secondary school in Salford.

This is a full-time, temporary teaching role from September 2025, covering the entire first term. The school is interested in recruiting a permanent teacher, so this role may become permanent.

The Role

Teacher of Computer Science

Monday to Friday, 8.15 am to 3.30 pm

Experience teaching Key Stage 4 is essential, as the timetable primarily involves Year 11 classes.

The school welcomes applications from both Early Career Teachers and experienced QTS teachers.

Requirements

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS
• Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
• Provide a CV detailing full employment and education history, with explanations for any employment gaps
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Qualified Teacher Status is required to be covered on the school's insurance policy, as the role involves practical food teaching
