Aylesford School in Warwick is seeking a proactive Teacher of Child Development to start January 2027. The role is a maternity cover for two terms, teaching two Year 11 and one Year 10 KS4 Child Development classes, alongside KS3 Religious Education and Citizenship/PSHE.

The successful applicant will foster strong pupil relationships, deliver engaging lessons, and maintain an inclusive learning environment across these subjects.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Child Development to join our team from January 2027, providing maternity cover for two terms.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for teaching two Year 11 and one Year 10 Key Stage 4 Child Development classes, alongside Key Stage 3 Religious Education and Key Stage 3 & 4 Citizenship/PSHE.

We are looking for an engaging classroom practitioner who can build positive relationships with pupils, create an inclusive and purposeful learning environment and bring enthusiasm to the subjects they teach.
