As Subject Lead for Business Studies, you will shape the curriculum and delivery across the Senior School. You will lead curriculum planning, promote academic excellence, and foster a dynamic learning environment. You will track student progress, set targets, and support students to thrive. Collaboration with colleagues, contribution to school improvement, and involvement in extracurricular activities are key aspects of this role. You will also lead department development and ensure a strong subject profile.

You are a passionate Business Studies teacher with QTS and a good honours degree. You have experience leading or developing a subject, bringing creativity, initiative, and a team ethos. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, high standards academically and pastorally, and enjoy motivating pupils. You are adept at using data, adapting to needs, managing responsibilities, and contributing to school life. You are ready to lead a thriving department and make a lasting impact.
