Job summary

St James CE Primary School in Northampton invites applications for a Teacher (Main Scale) - Year 6. This permanent role is on the Main Scale (Grade M1 to M6) and involves 27.50 hours per week, with a start date of 1 January 2027.

Teacher (Main Scale) - Year 6

Contract Type: Permanent.

Pay Grade: Grade M1 to M6.

Full Time Salary: £34,069 to £46,940.

Hours: 27.50 hours per week

Starting: 1 January 2027

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at St James CE Primary School! We are looking to recruit a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Teacher, to join our committed team. • Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
• Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
• Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.
