Job summary

St James CE Primary School in Nottingham is seeking a part-time Early Years Teacher to join our caring, inclusive team. This permanent role requires a passionate, creative educator who can deliver the curriculum creatively and support all children to flourish.

The successful candidate will work 16.5 hours per week, contribute to safeguarding, and fit with our church ethos. We offer a supportive environment, opportunities within a large Multi-Academy Trust, and access to Perkbox benefits.

Early Years Teacher (Part Time)

Contract Type: Permanent.

Pay Grade: Grade M1 to M6.

Full Time Salary: £34,096 to £46,940

Actual Salary: £20,441.40 to £28,164

Hours: 16.50 hours per week

Starting: 1 January 2026
