Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a proactive Teacher Assistant to support teachers and the director in creating a nurturing, secure environment for children and in documenting their development for families.

You will help design engaging activities, facilitate daily transitions from home to the centre, maintain organized materials, and communicate regularly with parents while upholding health and safety standards.

About This Role

The Teacher Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting Teachers and the Director in creating a nurturing and secure environment for the children, while contributing to the development of a high-quality educational program. Effective communication, active listening, and teamwork are essential skills for success in this position. By observing and documenting children's interests and progress, the Teacher Assistant fosters positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, and ensures that families are informed about their child's development and care. Under the direction of the Teacher and the Director, the Teacher Assistant designs and implements engaging activities that cater to children's needs and interests.

What You'll Do
