Waddington All Saints Academy in Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our Reception team from January 2026 to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking practitioner to contribute to our ambitious, forward-thinking school.

As a DfE RISE Reception Lead Network School within the LEAD Academy Trust, the successful candidate will work with a skilled team to deepen Reception practice and share effective approaches beyond the academy,

As a designated DfE RISE Reception Lead Network School, we are recognised for the strength of our Early Years provision and our commitment to sharing effective practice beyond our academy. The successful candidate will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, contributing to the ongoing development of exemplary Reception practice and engaging in professional dialogue with colleagues both within and beyond the school.

This role provides a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of reception education, work alongside experienced practitioners, and contribute to sector-leading practice that supports exceptional outcomes for all children. You will be part of a research-informed, outward-facing culture that values innovation, collaboration and continual professional growth.
