Responsibilities

• Support sales on the shop floor and enhance customer experience.
• Handle operational tasks including using tills and managing deliveries.
• Maintain store appearance and care for historic items.
• Cover the tea bar, brew, serve, and explain tea varieties.
• Run Masterclasses on tea knowledge and history.
• Organize and help cater bespoke customer experiences.
