Kingsley Wood is a pioneering legal consultancy offering independence and a strong community framework for experienced litigators to build sustainable practices. We seek a taxation solicitor to join as a Partner, with client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development under their control.

You will leverage your strong taxation experience and drafting skills to grow your client following within a flexible, modern working environment, supported by an admin and tech-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in taxation law
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Comfortable generating work through contacts and business development
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Responsibilities

• Take on Partner-level responsibilities and participate in business development
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements

The Role

We are seeking a taxation solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex taxation law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in taxation law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
