Job summary

Kingsley Wood is an innovative legal consultancy based in Guildford seeking a taxation solicitor to join as a Partner. This role allows experienced solicitors to maintain control over client relationships and fee arrangements while enjoying comprehensive operational support.

Applicants should have over 4 years of PQE in taxation law and strong advocacy skills. This position offers flexibility in hours and a competitive earnings model, allowing you to earn up to 85% of billings.

• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills are essential.
• Must be comfortable generating work through existing contacts.

The Role

We are seeking a taxation solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex taxation law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in taxation law

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
