Kingsley Wood in Cardiff seeks a taxation solicitor at partner level to lead client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development within a supportive platform. This role offers autonomy to build your own practice within a trusted network.

You will have full administrative, compliance, and operational support, access to a collaborative partner network, and modern legal tech infrastructure. Competitive fee share up to 85% (min 75%), with flexible hours.

The Role

We are seeking a taxation solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex taxation law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in taxation law
