I'm currently working with a top-tier professional services firm that's rapidly expanding and making waves in the digital transformation of tax services. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team that's shaping the future of tax technology on both a national and global scale.

The firm is seeking a Tax Technology Director, a senior leader who will work directly with the partner team to design and deliver innovative technology solutions, lead client engagements, and manage a talented team of tax technology professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with major multinational clients, drive transformation across the tax business, and focus on large global accounts. You'll be part of a fast-paced, ambitious team with ample scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of complex tax technology projects and bespoke client solutions
2. Work directly with, and as part of, the tax technology leadership team
3. Continuously develop the technology service offering within the wider tax business
4. Manage and mentor a team of tax technology professionals
5. Drive client engagement, proposal development, and RFP responses
6. Collaborate across departments to enhance digital capabilities and client experience
7. Develop business development materials and website content to clearly communicate the value of technology solutions
8. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and regulatory changes

The Ideal Candidate:

• CTA or ATT qualified
• Strong background in tax technology consulting and implementation
• Solid understanding of core tax processes, including corporate tax compliance
• Experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
• Familiarity with AI technologies, SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx
• Proven ability to manage risk and apply governance
• Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycles and support models
• Confident in presenting and leading workshops
• Strong leadership and team management skills
