Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a high growth, PE-backed telecommunications business based in London, operating across the UK. With revenues over £20 million and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Finance Director to focus on execution, automate and simplify financial operations, and significantly impact the company's scaling efforts.

Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and performance. You will lead the finance team, oversee controls, compliance, tax planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The team works in the office 2-3 days a week in Central London.

What experiences you will gain

• Leading the monthly close process and developing internal financial controls and policies, ensuring compliance with UK standards and regulations
• Managing corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting with external advisors
• Leading statutory audits and liaising with auditors
• Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings across group entities
• Driving annual budgeting with department heads
• Developing rolling forecasts and financial models for strategic decisions
• Providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
• Managing and developing the finance team, aligning financial planning with business goals
• Supporting the CFO in board meetings, investor relations, and strategic initiatives
