Job summary

The role collaborates with tax, IT and external suppliers to implement new systems, train users, and develop a knowledge base. Strong ATT or equivalent, excellent Excel/SharePoint/PowerApps skills, and project management experience are valued.

Qualifications

• ATT or equivalent tax qualification.
• Strong tax skills with curiosity for technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in designing/delivering training and/or project management desirable.
• Capable of balancing priorities across multiple projects in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Developing tools and identifying where technology can improve tax work.
• Developing and delivering training on new systems and processes.
• Working with IT and suppliers to implement new technology solutions.
• Developing the tax intranet and knowledge base.
• Supporting national tax initiatives as needed.
