RSM UK is seeking a Tax Technology Manager to lead AI, automation and digital skills initiatives across the UK Tax function. This national role partners with Tax colleagues and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions that drive efficiency and client service.

You will bring experience in Tax Technology, deliver projects from concept to adoption, coach peers and liaise with stakeholders to generate measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Tax Technology within a professional services environment.
• Proven delivery of AI/automation projects from concept through adoption and measurable business benefit.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and advisory processes.
• Experience leading day-to-day delivery of technology, automation and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across a national business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience coaching and developing junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end implementations of AI and automation solutions in Tax.
• Bridge business and technology with Tax Technology team and stakeholders.
• Drive change and ensure adoption with measurable improvements in efficiency and client service.
• Engage stakeholders across Tax to ensure alignment and impact; train users on new solutions.
• Participate in functional and user testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into practical tech solutions.
