The role entails leading technology and data projects from concept to implementation, developing AI solutions that enhance processes, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate technical concepts into commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in AI, data science, machine learning or software development.
• Strong programming and data skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, tax, regulatory reporting or enterprise technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and data projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Develop practical AI and data solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders, translating complex technology into clear commercial outcomes.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support proposals, presentations and wider business development activity.
• Help clients navigate the opportunities and challenges created by rapidly evolving technology.
• Keep pace with developments across AI, data and emerging technology.
