• Collaborate with a leading AI lab’s Gen-AI research team to improve AI model performance in tax-related topics.
• Develop and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to tax and finance domains.
• Create detailed guidelines and rubrics to assess financial reasoning across tasks.
• Design domain-relevant tax and finance tasks and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate financial tasks and provide clear, actionable written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Responsibilities
