Commitment: Flexible, 20+ hours per week

Compensation: $80–$110 per hour, with weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–$100 per hour for top performers, plus equity offers

Role:

Design and review high-quality management consulting prompts, structured answers, and evaluation sets to train and refine advanced large language models (LLMs).
Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world business standards.
Provide structured, detailed feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor in AI outputs.
Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluation and content development.

Responsibilities:

Create prompts and evaluation criteria reflecting real-world consulting practices.
Analyse AI responses for accuracy, coherence, and practical applicability.
