About the Role

We are hiring Finance Experts to collaborate with AI researchers on improving large language models (LLMs) for real‑world financial reasoning and analysis. This is a paid, short‑term freelance opportunity. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI/LLM outputs across real‑world finance use cases
• Identify gaps in financial reasoning using domain expertise
• Support AI model training and evaluation in financial modeling, valuation, investment and portfolio analysis, M&A and deal assessments, and capital markets and corporate finance
• Develop clear evaluation rubrics and benchmarks based on practical finance scenarios
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve model accuracy
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI performance in finance‑specific tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, capital markets, trading, portfolio or asset management, equity or credit research, quant or systematic finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
• Strong command of core financial concepts and real‑world applications
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
