Job summary

Pro-Tax Recruitment, in partnership with a Top 10 firm, seeks an advisory focused Tax Manager specialising in private equity backed clients. You will join a busy corporate tax team, supporting deals and helping stakeholders prepare for exits.

The role focuses on delivering high quality tax advice, building client rapport, and mentoring junior colleagues while collaborating with transfer pricing and wider tax teams to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualified (or non-UK equivalent) recognized.
• Strong technical tax experience with private equity backed firms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven delivery of tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Work in a joint compliance and advisory role with client engagements.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their business.
• Provide creative solutions aware of private equity and investment fund issues.
• Present technical deals clearly to clients and write reports.

Pro-Tax Recruitment are working in partnership with a Top 10 firm who currently seek an advisory focused Tax Manager to focus on private equity backed clients. Working within a close knit and busy corporate tax team you will focusing on supporting businesses going through deals and helping stakeholders to prepare for exits.

In this role you will be:

• Working in a joint compliance and advisory role where you will build a rapport with your clients and establish a clear understanding of their business.
• Aware of issues affecting private equity and investment funds and be able to provide creative solutions
• Demonstrating sound technical knowledge on deals and be able to present these to clients as well as writing high quality reports.
• Working effectively with the transfer pricing and wider corporate tax team in finding the right solutions for clients
• Assisting in the mentorship and development of the less experienced members of the team.

In order to be consider for this Tax Manager role you will:

• Be CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualified. A non UK qualification will be considered.
• Have strong technical tax experience dealing with private equity backed firms
• Have great interpersonal skills and will be experienced in delivery tax advice.
