Pro-Tax Recruitment are partnering with a Top 10 firm to recruit an advisory focused Tax Manager specialising in private equity backed clients.

You will operate within a busy corporate tax team, supporting businesses through deals, exits, and complex tax structuring while delivering clear reports and client advice.

Excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills are essential, with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualification required or UK-equivalent.
• Strong technical tax experience dealing with private equity backed firms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deliver tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a joint compliance and advisory role to understand clients' business.
• Provide creative solutions addressing private equity and investment fund issues.
• Present technical deal calculations to clients and deliver high-quality reports.
• Work with transfer pricing and the wider corporate tax team to find the right solutions.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
