Job summary

Pro-Tax Recruitment partners with a Top 10 firm to recruit an advisory focused Tax Senior Manager. You will work in a close knit corporate tax team supporting private equity backed clients through deals and helping stakeholders prepare for exits.

This joint role blends compliance and advisory work, requiring strong technical tax knowledge, excellent client communication, and collaboration with transfer pricing and the wider tax team.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualification required or equivalent.
• Strong technical tax experience with private equity backed firms.
• Excellent interpersonal and delivery of tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients in a joint compliance and advisory role.
• Provide creative solutions addressing private equity issues and investment funds.
• Present technical tax deals to clients and write high quality reports.
• Collaborate with transfer pricing and corporate tax teams to deliver solutions.

Job description

Pro-Tax Recruitment are working in partnership with a Top 10 firm who currently seek an advisory focused Tax Senior Manager to focus on private equity backed clients. Working within a close knit and busy corporate tax team you will focusing on supporting businesses going through deals and helping stakeholders to prepare for exits.

In this role you will be:

• Working in a joint compliance and advisory role where you will build a rapport with your clients and establish a clear understanding of their business.
• Aware of issues affecting private equity and investment funds and be able to provide creative solutions
• Demonstrating sound technical knowledge on deals and be able to present these to clients as well as writing high quality reports.
• Working effectively with the transfer pricing and wider corporate tax team in finding the right solutions for clients
• Assisting in the mentorship and development of the less experienced members of the team.

In order to be consider for this Tax Senior Manager role you will:

• Be CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA qualified. A non UK qualification will be considered.
• Have strong technical tax experience dealing with private equity backed firms
• Have great interpersonal skills and will be experienced in delivery tax advice.
