Job summary

PwC in Birmingham seeks a Manager in Private Tax to deliver advisory services for privately owned businesses, families, and PE-backed companies. Youll manage client relationships, lead diverse engagements, and collaborate with PwCs national networks to provide cross-border tax solutions.

The role requires initiative, strong technical knowledge, and proven ability to lead a growing tax team while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Strong UK tax knowledge, with overseas aspects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of client engagements including privately owned and PE-backed companies.
• Develop significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across PwC when delivering complex tax projects.
• Maintain expert knowledge of UK and overseas tax changes.
