Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Private Tax professional to lead advisory services for privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals and family offices. You will manage client relationships and deliver complex UK and international tax solutions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the firm, stay abreast of tax legislation, mentor junior staff and help drive growth through extended client engagements.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Up-to-date UK tax knowledge with some overseas exposure.
• Experience with complex tax issues for privately or family-owned businesses and private equity-backed portfolios.
• Ability to manage several client projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching ethos.
• Excellent written communication – reports and technical memos.

Responsibilities

• Ownership for a diverse portfolio of client engagements, advising on tax technical matters.
• Developing market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating across the firm on delivering complex projects.
• Maintaining expert knowledge of UK and overseas tax changes.
