PwC UK is seeking a tax adviser to own a diverse portfolio of engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies, advising on technical tax issues. You will develop market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborate across the firm on complex projects.

The role requires ACA/CTA qualification (or international equivalent) and strong knowledge of UK tax, with experience handling complex issues for owner-managed and PE-backed businesses.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Relevant UK tax knowledge (and overseas).
• Varied experience with complex tax issues for privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and owners.
• Project management skills – able to manage several client projects simultaneously.
• Stakeholder management and coaching ethos.
• Excellent written communication – including reports, technical memos.

Responsabilités

• Ownership for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies advising on tax technical issues.
• Developing significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating across the firm when delivering complex projects / events.
• Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas) including changes in tax law and legislation.
