Job summary

BDO UK LLP invites you to join its Tax Graduate Programme, a three-year journey toward ACA/CTA qualifications. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, taking on client work and building your tax expertise while developing commercial skills.

You’ll be supported by mentors, with progression to a permanent advisory role after successful completion. The programme starts in September 2027, with inductions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree or predicted 2:2 in any discipline.
• Three A-levels (A*-C) or Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers with evidence if offered.
• GCSEs with Maths and English grade 4 or above, evidence provided if successful.

Responsibilities

• Undertake three-year training while studying towards ACA/CTA (tax pathway).
• Gain hands-on client experience across tax specialties with senior guidance.
• Develop technical knowledge and commercial acumen with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues and contribute to projects.
