Job summary

BDO UK LLP is launching its Tax Graduate Programme in the UK, with hands-on client work and a clear path toward ACA/CTA qualifications. Over three years, you’ll gain experience, study on the job, and grow your commercial skills with support from teammates, managers, directors and partners.

You’ll develop technically and commercially, with opportunities to shape your career while being part of a collaborative team in Birmingham or Nottingham hub.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted).
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C, or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers at A-B.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English (or Scottish National 5).
• Commitment to balance study and professional work.
• The right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three-year programme while studying towards ACA/CTA, AAT/CTA (tax pathway) qualifications.
• Work alongside experienced tax professionals on client work and develop technical knowledge.
• Gradually take on more responsibility, build client and colleague relationships.
