Job summary

BDO UK LLP’s Tax Graduate Programme offers hands-on client work while studying towards ACA/CTA. You’ll gain experience across tax disciplines and progressive responsibility, with mentorship from senior colleagues to support your development.

The programme runs over three years, culminating in permanent tax advisory roles. It starts in September 2027, with a clear pathway to becoming a qualified tax advisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree (any discipline) obtained or predicted.
• Three A-levels (A*-C) or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers; UCAS points not used.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English; evidence may be required.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided due to Home Office requirements.
