Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks to address client needs.
  • Lead delivery of outsourced tax reporting and compliance engagements with technical excellence.
  • Drive efficiency in compliance processes, improve controls, and leverage technology.
  • Advise clients on tax legislation implications and respond to technical queries.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Interact confidently with senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify additional client needs and liaise with specialists.
  • Lead business development, contract negotiations, and agreements.
  • Support clients with group/statutory tax reporting, including global contracts under US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Coach and support team members.
  • Follow KPMG best practices and policies.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate resilience and networking skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified by experience or ATT/CTA/ACA or equivalent qualifications; tax reporting/accounting skills are desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance for large, complex groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and client service focus.
