Role Overview

We are seeking talented Directors with experience in:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Tax technology advising, implementation, and requirements gathering from tax, IT, and UI perspectives
• Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
• Project and client engagement management

Additional desirable skills include:

• Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation and technology projects, often within broader finance transformations
• Developing automation solutions for tax
• Designing systems addressing tax requirements across countries
• Collaborating with colleagues across Tax Transformation, GCT, and other KPMG teams
• Developing robust global governance frameworks
• Enhancing service offerings and delivery models
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Performance management and oversight of offshore resources
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and liaising with specialists
• Coaching team members and following KPMG policies
