EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tax Director to join the Financial Services International Tax and Transaction Services team. The role targets senior professionals able to lead multi-country tax projects, advise clients and build lasting relationships with banks, insurers and asset managers.

You will coach and develop junior colleagues while contributing to proposals and expanding EY's tax offering.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a tax practitioner, including strong reviewing skills and expertise in international tax.
• Experience working with Financial Services clients.
• A relevant professional qualification such as ATT, ACA, CA or CTA, or equivalent breadth of technical knowledge, for example through a legal qualification.

• Leading the successful delivery of complex tax projects, ensuring technical excellence alongside practical, commercially focused advice

• Contributing to proposals and business development, helping to grow our Financial Services tax offering
• Building strong internal and external networks to create opportunities for collaboration and growth
• Leading and developing junior colleagues, providing coaching, delegation and meaningful on-the-job development
