Job summary

AJ Chambers is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Director in Cambridge. The role offers up to £95,000 salary, with genuine progression to Partnership and a flexible, supportive working environment to balance career and life.

You will manage a prestigious client portfolio across East Anglia, handling complex taxes including trusts, IHT, CGT, property and agricultural tax matters while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of private clients.

• Lead advisory projects, working closely with clients and alongside Partners.

You will take responsibility for an impressive portfolio of prestigious private clients, including HNWIs, wealthy landowners and prominent families across the East Anglia region. The work is varied and technically challenging, covering complex trusts, IHT, CGT, property taxation and agricultural tax matters.

The Role
