AJ Chambers is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Director in Cambridge. The role offers up to £95,000 salary, with genuine progression to Partnership and a flexible, supportive working environment to balance career and life.

You will manage a prestigious client portfolio across East Anglia, handling complex taxes including trusts, IHT, CGT, property and agricultural tax matters while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead on client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of private clients.
• Provide high-quality advice on complex personal tax matters.
• Lead advisory projects, working closely with clients and alongside Partners.
• Advise on trusts, IHT, CGT, property taxation and agricultural tax matters.
• Attend client meetings and develop strong relationships with clients and professional networks.
• Work collaboratively across the wider firm to identify new opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Play an active role in developing a positive, ambitious and high-performing team culture.
