Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Norwich is seeking a Tax Assistant to join a Private Client Trust & Probate team. The role offers training, progression and the chance to build your technical knowledge while working with an experienced team on a varied private client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing personal tax returns and tax computations.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in taxation.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and an organized, methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of personal tax returns and tax computations
• Preparing rental income and basic self-employment income and expenditure accounts
• Drafting Capital Gains Tax computations and returns for senior review
• Preparing HMRC forms, tax elections and PAYE tax code amendments
• Supporting senior colleagues with wider tax advisory projects
• Liaising with clients, HMRC and other professional contacts
• Developing your understanding of clients and identifying opportunities for additional services
