Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a highly clinical Territory Manager to lead our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio across central UK. You will blend clinical sign-off with commercial activity and train NHS teams, while building KOL relationships and driving growth within your territory.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, have medical devices sales experience, strong cardiac knowledge, and an ability to operate independently while collaborating with regional leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in medical devices sales with a clinical, in-procedure component.
• Ideally strong cardiac anatomy & physiology knowledge and familiarity with cath lab/OR procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ideally significant prior sales experience demonstrating cycles of success.
• Proven ability to deliver results and understand the bigger picture.
• Demonstrates initiative and works with a high degree of independence.
• Team player with commitment to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Achieve commercial sales targets across the specified geographical area.
• Provide field support for Abbott's TAVI program.
• Lead or assist with NHS TAVI Team training.
• Assist in planning and training for new product launches.
• Maintain clinical and technical proficiency beyond features and benefits.
• Develop and manage KOL relationships and monitor competitor activity.
