Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Limited is actively seeking an experienced Task Force Executive – Inspection & Assurance to join our national team of former or current CQC inspectors. This field-based role requires extensive travel across the UK, including overnight stays, and a strong regulatory background to support providers with compliance, governance, and quality improvement.

You will lead inspection readiness, policy development, and safeguarding activities, while guiding improvements and ensuring

Qualifications

• Current or former CQC Inspector with inspection experience.
• Significant experience in adult social care regulation or compliance.
• Expert knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA, DoLS, H&S, Safeguarding, GDPR).
• Experience producing inspection reports and improvement plans.
• Able to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Experience supporting providers through enforcement or recovery programmes.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named CQC Registered Manager and lead the application process.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance to meet CQC regs.
• Prepare for CQC inspections and implement action plans from audits.
• Lead safeguarding, incidents, complaints, whistleblowing, and serious concerns.
• Oversee clinician registration, supervision, consent, documentation, patient safety.
• Lead ADHD medication pathway and ensure NICE guideline compliance.
• Conduct ADHD assessments and diagnostic reports.
• Lead service operations post-CQC approval, including prescribing and titration of ADHD meds.

Rate: Starting at £50,000 per annum

This is a unique opportunity to use your regulatory expertise in a consultancy capacity, helping providers achieve and maintain compliance while driving meaningful quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the named CQC Registered Manager, leading the application process and CQC interview.
• Develop, review, and implement all policies, procedures, and governance systems to meet CQC regulations.
• Prepare for and respond to CQC inspections, implementing action plans from audits and feedback.
• Act as Safeguarding Lead, managing incidents, complaints, whistleblowing, and serious concerns.
• Oversee clinician registration, supervision, consent, documentation, and patient safety.
