Job summary

Core Group in Belfast is seeking an experienced Taper & Jointer for an ongoing construction project. The role runs on a Monday-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, with 8 hours paid per day, on a 5-6 week duration and a CSCS card is required.

Start date is 28/09/2026. The successful candidate will tape and join plasterboard, apply jointing compounds, finish joints, install corner beads, and prepare surfaces for painting while ensuring high-quality finishes and strict adherence to health & safety

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Proven taper & jointer experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to finish to a high standard.
• Two checkable references.
• Good site health & safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Taping and jointing plasterboard.

• Valid CSCS Card
• Proven Taper & Jointer experience
• Good attention to detail
• Able to produce a high-quality finish
• 2 checkable references
• Good understanding of site health & safety
