Job summary

GAP Group is seeking a reliable 26T Tanker Driver to join its Tanker Services Division. You will safely collect and transport liquid wastes, deliver non-potable water, and ensure all work complies with DVSA and HSE regulations while maintaining accurate digital records using BigChange.

You will operate modern equipment, perform daily vehicle checks, and support welfare units on industrial and construction sites, with a strong emphasis on safety, service, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence and Driver CPC essential.
• Digi Tacho card and knowledge of HSE safety rules expected.
• Experience in tanker or waste sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-potable water and remove waste from industrial sites.
• Service welfare units and septic tanks; complete paperwork accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Record job details and photos on BigChange; obtain customer sign-off.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and support depot duties.
• Follow Health & Safety rules and tachograph regulations.
