Job summary

GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled 26T Class 2 Tanker Driver to join our Tanker Services Division. You will safely collect and transport liquid wastes, deliver non-potable water, and ensure all work complies with DVSA and HSE regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include vehicle checks, loading and planning, site visits, recording job details with photos on BigChange, and completing end-of-day paperwork. Weekend/overtime flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence with CPC and Digi Tacho card.
• Experience in tanker or waste sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures is essential.
• Ability to maintain your vehicle and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Morning – vehicle checks, load preparation and review of the day\'s plan.
• Midday – deliver non-potable water or remove waste from industrial sites.
• Afternoon – complete site visits, record job details and photos on BigChange, obtain customer sign-off.
• End of day – return to depot, complete paperwork and clean the vehicle, pumps and hoses.
