Job summary

GAP Group Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a 26T Tanker Driver for our Tanker Services Division to safely collect and transport liquid wastes, deliver non-potable water, and ensure compliance with DVSA and HSE regulations.

You will operate modern equipment, log details using the BigChange system, perform daily vehicle checks, and uphold high standards of safety, service and customer care on site across industrial projects.

Qualifications

Experience operating heavy goods vehicles in a waste/wastewater context is preferred.
Strong health and safety awareness with the ability to follow site rules and DVSA/HSE regulations.
Accurate completion of paperwork and records is essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver non-potable water or remove waste from industrial sites, completing all paperwork accurately.
Service welfare units and septic tanks, clean and refill chemicals, replenish consumables.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance for roadworthiness and safety.
Record job details and photos on BigChange and obtain customer sign-off.
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and support depot duties.
Follow customer site Health & Safety rules and use digital tachographs in line with legislation.
