Job summary

Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Leeds is seeking Christmas temp Bar staff to join our classy cocktail bar. If you know your Pinot from Chardonnay and can shake a mean martini, this is the job for you.

This is a 2 Month Fixed Term Contract with immediate start. You will handle cocktail preparation, bar service, FIFO stock rotation and support on function bars for key events while delivering high quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong classic and signature cocktail knowledge.
• Bar table service.
• Following FiFo and stock rotation.
• Support on function bars for key events.
• Able to confidently work on a bar.
• Able to show strong personality and offer high quality service to our guests.
• Immediate start required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails to standard and house recipes.
• Provide bar service to guests.
• Manage stock and rotation at the bar using FiFo.
• Support on function bars during events.
• Maintain high guest service standards.
