Job summary

You’ll partner with managers to design fair, inclusive assessments, support internal mobility, and strengthen routes for progression.

• Ability to use data and market insight to drive hiring decisions.
• Experience designing inclusive assessments and strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape smart recruitment campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop attraction plans and proactive talent pipelines.

• Coach managers on fair, consistent recruitment and career pathways.
