Job summary

Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform, expanding rapidly and seeking a sourcing strategist to own pipelines across R&D and GTM. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, using AI and data to find talent beyond traditional channels and build a strong employer brand.

You will shape sourcing strategies, drive innovative outreach, and create memorable candidate experiences that reflect Upwind’s growth and culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup, ideally cybersecurity.
Cross-functional sourcing across R&D and GTM roles in multiple regions.
Proficient with AI tools in sourcing workflows.
Data-driven mindset using market data, pipeline metrics and conversion rates.
Creative outreach with personalized messages that get responses.
Employer branding experience and understanding of building sourcing brands.

Responsibilities

Own the sourcing strategy for diverse roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and more.
Use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to inform targets.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand each role deeply and define what great looks like.
Introduce AI tools, automation, and unconventional approaches to outreach and pipeline building.
Drive employer branding initiatives and build an authentic presence in the talent market.
Create candidate experiences worth remembering and ensure strong first touches.
Track pipeline health and iterate quickly when something isn’t working.
