• You know how to find great candidates – UK-wide, across Audit, Accounting, Tax or professional services (SA market bonus).
• You are data-savvy: track, manage and report hiring data with accuracy.
• You’ve worked with an ATS before; familiarity with Pinpoint is a plus.
• You’re good at screening candidates and asking the right questions to fit roles.
• You keep hiring processes running smoothly, updating templates and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Find great talent by proactively sourcing and headhunting for niche roles.
• Keep the ATS data high quality to give hiring teams best insights.
• Draft engaging job specs that reflect our culture and attract the right people.
• Manage applications and oversee the advertisement process to attract talent.
• Conduct first-stage screenings to match candidates to roles.
• Maintain market maps to inform hiring strategy.
• Support projects like onboarding improvements and referrals.
