You will manage ATS data, draft compelling job ads, and support projects like onboarding improvements and referral campaigns. A proactive, organized, and people-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to find great candidates in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.
• Data-savvy with ability to track and report hiring metrics clearly.
• Experience with an ATS such as Pinpoint; training provided if not already familiar.
• Skilled at screening candidates to assess fit and potential.

You’ll form part of the Sumer Group TA Team, helping us identify the best people for our business, market mapping talent, and keeping our hiring process smooth and efficient. This role is all about building strong talent pipelines, keeping things organised, and making sure candidates have a great experience from start to finish.

• You know how to find great candidates – especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services. If you've worked within the South African market is also a bonus!
• You’re data-savvy – you can track, manage, and report on hiring data with accuracy and provide meaningful insight.
• You’ve worked with an ATS before – if you’ve used Pinpoint, even better! (If not, we’ll get you up to speed.)
• You’re great at screening candidates – you know how to ask the right questions to find the best fit.
• You keep things running smoothly – whether it’s updating templates, coordinating interviews, or managing recruitment processes, you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
