Job summary

Housing Limited in Luton is seeking a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This office-based role supports internal recruitment across the business, coordinating adverts, screenings, interviews, and assessments while building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage volume recruitment campaigns, and act as a company ambassador at events. Salary is £30,000 per annum, with 23 days' leave and health benefits.

Talent and Resourcing Specialist

Location: Luton, Office Based Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Salary: £30,000 Per Annum

Are you an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of an organisation that makes a difference? This role will suit an individual who will be looking to shift from an agency role to an internal recruitment role, or an individual with previous in-house recruitment experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
• Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events
• Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions
• Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline

About you:

• Experienced in recruitment and talent management
• Ability to problem solve
• Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn
