Guidant Global powered by Vertage in the UK Southwest area is seeking a Talent Resourcing Partner. This hybrid role involves recruiting support across multiple locations, regular client visits, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to ensure talent is delivered on time.

You’ll manage high‑volume fulfilment, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with sourcing and onboarding teams to smooth the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

• Staffing services sector recruitment experience desirable, especially if you have managed a temporary desk or MSP background.
• Outstanding communication skills with a commercial mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation.
• Willingness to travel (expenses paid) to onsite meetings in SW and London.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular onsite client visits in the Southwest area (approx. 25% of role).
• Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and contingent workforce, updating availability.
• Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure service levels are met.
• Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
• Work 37.5 hours on a team rota (8-5 and 9-6).
