Nomad Foods is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcer in Woking (Hybrid) to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will source, screen, and headhunt candidates to fulfil vacancies, working with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Manager to meet KPIs.

You will post adverts on multiple channels, maintain candidate records in ICIMS, and build candidate pipelines using Boolean searches and networking across LinkedIn.

Talent Resourcer

Based in Woking (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated, Talent Resourcer to join our experienced team playing a key role in attracting top talent to our business. You will be working alongside a talented, like-minded team for some of Europe’s largest frozen food brands including Birdseye, Aunt Bessie, Findus and Goodfella pizzas.

About the role:

As Talent Resourcer you will work alongside the Talent Acquistion Business Partner to source and headhunt high calibre, diverse talent to meet Nomad Foods’ business needs. With support from the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Resourcer will use Nomad Foods’ best practice recruitment and selection process to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs.

Responsibilities

Use Nomad Foods’ best practice to source candidates for Nomad Foods job vacancies. Screen and process candidates to fulfil all job requisitions they are responsible for and in line with Nomad Foods recruitment KPIs including:

• Post job adverts on internal careers site, LinkedIn and Reed
• Monitor job advert response and review applicants
• Source high calibre candidates from various job boards and LinkedIn
• Use Boolean search methodology as well as head hunting approach
• Create projects on LinkedIn and attach relevant candidates
• Send inbox messages via LinkedIn and engage in initial attraction and screening conversations
• Download suitable CVs from Reed Database and engage in initial screening methodsUpload candidates CVs to Application Tracking System (ICIMS)
• Arrange more in-depth screening calls with Talent Manager (may conduct screening calls with candidates)

Accountabilities:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Communicate an attractive and authentic employer brand proposition that is in line with Nomad Foods’ employer brand guidelines
• Direct source candidates for allocated jobs
• Screen candidates and obtain answers to screening questions
• Provide a longlist and/or shortlist of candidates to be reviewed by the Talent Manager before presentation to the Hiring Manager
• Monitor and review applicants who apply directly, reject candidates as appropriate
• Maintain ICIMS candidate profile
• Maintain Candidate tracker

• Previous inhouse or agency recruitment experience
• Expert user of Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing candidates via job boards, Boolean searches
• Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise own workload in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
• Self-starter to work on multiple roles simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
