Job summary

i2i Recruitment Limited is recruiting a dynamic Talent Resourcing professional to engage Accountancy & Finance specialists across the UK by phone, email, and digital channels. You will build pipelines, support senior consultants on live assignments, and source top-tier candidates for specialist roles.

You will research clients and market trends, work toward personal targets, and progress along a defined career path in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Resourcing and engaging Accountancy & Finance professionals across the UK via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Building and maintaining strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Supporting senior consultants on live recruitment assignments
• Sourcing and assessing candidates for specialist roles
• Researching clients, roles, and market trends
• Working towards individual performance targets and career milestones
• Proactively identifying and approaching top-tier talent for exclusive roles
