Further details about the role As our HR and Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of a professional, responsive and compliant HR and recruitment service across the Trust. The role is responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring safer recruitment and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) compliance, maintaining high-quality employee records and workforce reporting, and providing expert HR support to schools and stakeholders. Working closely with school leaders and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our people processes are efficient, effective and aligned with best practice, helping the Trust to attract, recruit and retain exceptional staff while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
